Yoga means UNION, and is the practice of Universal Communion and Harmonization of Mind, Body and Spirit. Suitable for all skill levels and beginners, this spiritual practice ( Sadhana ) may be as gentle or challenging as you wish and is intended to honour the ancient tradition of Yoga by exploring The 8 Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga and the 196 Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali through:

• Mantra Recitation and Chanting
• Meditation
• Prayer and Reflection
• Intention Setting
• Conscious Rest
• Healing Touch and Fellowship
• Energy Exchange
• Chakra clearing & opening
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:
- Arrive 15 minutes early to settle. Doors open at 6:15pm and class will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
- Practitioners receive detailed cueing including suggestions for modifications and to honour the wisdom of their bodies.
- Props such as blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets are utilized to enable comfort, support and balance ( please bring your own mat and props if possible…supplies are available in the shala but are limited ).
- Practitioners are encouraged to WEAR WHITE to elevate their Sattvic aura and is the traditional colour of Yoga students.
- Class may last up to two hours depending on the number of practitioners.
- CANCELLATIONS: Please kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you must miss a class due to illness, vacation or other. If given 24 hours notice ( by 6:30pm the day before the scheduled class ), I will happily provide you with a credit towards another offering in 2026.
