Prenatal Yoga

Looking for a gentle and mindful way to stay active during pregnancy? Prenatal Yoga may be the perfect practice for you, as you nurture your growing baby and rapidly changing body.

With NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, traditional sequences and postures are modified to accommodate your individual needs and pregnancy journey.
